The hotel lies at the edge of putbus/lauterbach an idyllic location on the bay of greifswald. Behind the hotel starts the goor, a forest, the biosphere reserve left themselves is. The hotel was 2007 in its present form opened. The ascent impressed and is dominated by the restored construction of the badehauses goor with a neoclassical facade of the 19. Century. A very nice hotel, impressive in the first approach. Certainly it could always something to complain about what. This constructive criticism i have the persons concerned however already in an email and is not wise. We can the hotel at any time again to recommend, the spa is very well laid out, just to feel good. All we can the emperor's only advice, simply heaven! A very nice hotel for all the rest and relaxation love. Lovingly furnished rooms, Fantastically beautiful location, Staff in the restaurant is unfortunately evenings at about 8 with in each case 2 persons occupied tables already totally überforderd, only you had to wait 20 minutes before you order the drinks can, then you had to wait again 15 minutes to half a liter of wine will be delivered, if the order was wrong and the waitress attentive made, that a shiraz no white wine, but a red wine is, then comes the stupid, we weren't the only ones in the ... 4 days happened. read hotel review

It was very pleasant stay here! The vacation was there really great! Will gladly come back! The staff was very nice and very attentive! Ok the menu card could have been more variety, but the service (kitchen and waiters also wishes for a menu fulfilled! And the prices were for the star hotel in the cheap (normal) area If you have something to complain is not okay in the head or just want your money back! The meckerköpfe should rather stay there where the again (at home), than here to complain about! There are worse 4 stars hotels and restaurants ... (like in Binz),where one for expensive food (although you as the first guests there was, you had to 45 minutes wait for your meal!) Get what was cold and/or does not taste! So, to all people, if your really bad evaluations must, then consider more what you write! I can all say (letter), that it is a great hotel with great staff in a quiet location(good for relaxation) is! But the rating from me here also instead of! So other guests be wary! read hotel review

The room which we inhabited, was very spacious and clean, the mini bar was filled, but for two people with for instance only one Cola but very poor stocked. The cleanliness of the bathroom was okay, no cobwebs or the like. To be criticized is however, the the staff at reception do not know which one for services has fr/board!? This one must as a guest with complaints or questions only on the basis of the documents to prove. The average age the vacationer was between 30 and 70 years. read hotel review

    There was a restaurant, which very close together, so that you at some tables but smooth its neighbors on the plate can see. The staff of the restaurant are in our opinion overstrained. We were told that we can sit where we want, it was ok and we sat but thus was the chaos perfect. Normally you will be asked what a food offer you or, if you are paying for half board or from the maps choose me. We were not asked and got the menus with hefty prices. After insisting was us after 3. times said, the food would be and the beverages, to the room and this would be done. ( at that time knew but the staff still nobody which room we had, but the food was already registered). After eating then said it would be our fault we would have to say the we half-board had since these guests another eat than the hochwertigern dishes from the map from the we have chosen, and after langenm contendeth the oberklellner and voided the ordered food and wrote only the beverages to the room. A great shame is the, that service staff so loud discussed with us has the following 5 minutes all knew that what room number we had, and it was our fault was the the staff did not know which we half board used had. The selection from the map is not for everyone. We were fleischje 1 time (wild, lamb, venison, pork and fish to choose from whoever doesn't like this or eat has a problem, because something else does not exist, also we unfortunately had to see that there are certain food not to get could. ( candelight dinner, menu from the kitchen predefined, the food then said sorry but the meal which we today morning together have, of which we unfortunately the food ausgeganegen ) that was more than disappointing. The breakfast buffet was alright and more than enough.

    Below of the hotel there is a sand playground from which you in the summer directly in water. A great shame is the next to the playground really totally rotted and rotten and so in the water and the bank. In the distance there was a small island Edeka but was not used by us.

    Around friendliness is already hard however only if you also with the guest to be addressed. We have through our travel agency booked half board and then had to in the hotel prove first the we half-board really, as this not a each guest know. From the tour operator allocated spa appointments were the organizer by the hotel bestätigit, however from the hotel itself not allocated, why this not geschen is, we could not tell us, so that it is in many things has shown the the communication the staff and the different areas of the hotel as well as is not given. The service is in many things expandable.

As always it was a beautiful, successful stay. This time for 3 days as extended weekends, the autumn made lives up to its name. In the wellness area you can very nice take a break from everyday life and beside sauna and swim so many do nothing.
