Reception was always staffed and answered all our questions. On request we got a map. The wake-up service worked perfectly (recording). The room and bathroom were cleaned every day. Because the hotels in Canada that you would like to show the environment, the towels were only changed when you put them into the bathtub. Check-in and check-out and to pay the room I can't say anything as I was traveling with a large group and the travel agent has accepted these. It is a good 4 star hotel!! The location is very good - about 700 meters and is beside Rideau Canal, the center of the city. The Parliament is within walking distance!! The room was very good - with direct view of the Parliament !! … read more
