The staff are very friendly and accommodating, however it is missing some of professionalism. ( example:, although it is enough staff returns, was missing for breakfast often the presence, so, that it sometimes lasted, until you noticed, that the coffee all is, respectively until you have a freshly prepared fried egg to order.     The hotel is situated in Zakopane, 700 m from the Wielka Krokiew ski area. It is at the foot of Tatra National Park, 3.1 km from the Szymoszkowa cableway. The famous Krupówki shopping street is a 15-minute walk away. The bus and train stations are about 1.2 km away, whilst there are links to the public transport network right in front of the hotel.
