It was no luxury, but adequate as a part of the expectations. In particular the good location and the beach and the good shops, as well as the quick way to side/city the promenade is to point out. … read more

The hotel is a simple middle class hotel, in which one for small budget can have a vacation. So one should not 5 star comfort. Nevertheless we felt comfortable. The breakfast was nothing special varied, but the most important thing as coffee, bread, jams and different egg dishes. It was the dinner always super, really turkish evenly. Staff in the entrance area not trained, greeted never. Even if you they greeted came occasionally a grunt out, more also not, voluntarily was not a smile, even a greeting given.
Shock : the employees at the reception was the whole day in the entrance area on the couch, pennte and snuggled with the cushions (really truely), all greeted not and looked away and ate sunflowers cores. The front desk was not occupied, you had to the people from the sleep tear or extra address, so that they came, and then they were very musty.

Friendliness is available at the top, if you understood. German languages only the bartender and the boss of the essenbereiches. Otherwise it was only bad english spoken, if any.
The room was cleaned daily, near some tip even better. Under the beds is the dust of several months, the counters are not dusted.
Child services does not exist, as less as activities in the hotel.
The dealing with complaints you can forget, as a the staff yes but not understood. It shouldn't be, the staff during the meal times at a table and even the meals to itself takes.There is an indoor and … read more

Old hotel, staff is that what it definitely must, cleanliness in the outdoor area very bad ( Pfirsichkern LAG 3 days at the same place to it by a guest removed), meal no selection, there is only one hot dish as you can't buffet talk. Boredom purely!
