• What the hotel offers
  The Resort consists of five areas (“I Ginepri”- “Le Palme”- “Le Rocce”- “Le Sabine ”4 Star Superior - “La Duna Bianca ”4 Star Superior) all harmoniously blending into nature. Two areas, “I Ginepri” and “Le Palme”, are especially suited to families with children, while the complex of “Le Rocce”, in a more secluded location, is particularly suited for adults. For both families and adults Le Sabine, around the Wellness Centre. For our most demanding guests, the area “La Duna Bianca” offers the pleasure of staying a few metres from the sea, with a more exclusive service.
• Location
  Overlooking the Asinara Gulf, in Northern Sardinia, about one hour’s drive from Olbia and Alghero and about 40 minutes from the S. Teresa and Porto Torres ports. This is one of the best equipped resorts in Sardinia, with 484 rooms, 8 restaurants, 5 swimming pools, 6 bars, safe equipped spaces for kids and a host of sports and leisure activities. The hotel, located on private grounds of 120.000 m2, overlooks the coast of Badesi Marina, framed by sand dunes and hills covered by scented junipers, Mediterranean scrub and vineyards. The long beach stretches for some 8 km, to the beautiful, deserted cliffs of Isola Rossa.
• Accommodation
  Well-designed spaces, comfort and safety in a modern setting, nicely blending in with surrounding nature. The Resort comprises five distinct areas, for a total of 484 rooms built in masonry, arranged on the ground and first floors, all immersed in luxuriant Mediterranean vegetation. Only one Reception for all the hotels except for “Le Sabine” with his own. All rooms in the resort have a furnished terrace, en-suite bathroom with shower and hair dryer, air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, direct line telephone and mini bar.
• Food and Drink
  Resort Le Dune offers a catering service meeting all tastes, with a choice of eight restaurants, 6 of which with theme-based menus, one with international menu and the eighth (Romantico), for special dinners, with candle light, and a choice of extra fresh lobster, other specialties and attentive table service.
• Leisure
  Fantasy Village, a kids’ heaven, covering an area of no less than 10.000 m2, with equipped playground and swimming pool surrounded by luxuriant vegetation, sand dunes and junipers. “Duneland” Castle for smaller kids, with creative workshops, play area, film screening area, padded area, “Peter Pan” restaurant, relaxation room “Pisolo” with cots and milk bottle facility. (The entire structure is in masonry). Amphitheatre - six mateco tennis courts, two of which with night-time lighting - synthetic grass 5-a-side soccer pitch with lighting, basketball court - beach volley - archery - dancing school at the indoors hall “The Temple of dance” in the Palme area.

• Location
  This hotel is only 200 metres from the beach, tucked behind the first sand dunes. An access road takes guests to the long sandy beach stretching for almost 8 km, framed by the beautiful free-standing rocks of Isola Rossa at one end and the view of Castelsardo at the other.
• Facilities
  The resort offers 374 rooms in total with three types of accommodation - I Ginepri, Le Palme and Le Rocce, all blending harmoniously into the surrounding scenery. I Ginepri and Le Palme are especially suitable for families with children, while Le Rocce is more secluded and perfect for adults. The hotel offers its guests all the amenities they need to make their stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. The reception is open round the clock, and there is an Internet access point available for a small fee. Customer service includes a shuttle bus to and from Badesi (2 km) where guests will find banks, various shops, a pharmacy and post office (service not provided on Saturdays). There is also open-air parking (unattended). In the hotel guests can also make use of the medical service as well as a hairdressing salon and a beautician (all for a fee).
• Rooms
  The hotel's rooms have well-designed spaces and offer comfort and safety in a modern setting, nicely blending in with the surrounding nature. The resort comprises three distinct areas, with the guest rooms arranged on the ground and first floors, all immersed in luxuriant Mediterranean vegetation. Each room has a furnished terrace, en suite bathroom with a shower, air conditioning (in Junior and Senior rooms the air conditioning unit is in the living room), a safe, satellite TV, hairdryer, direct line telephone and a minibar. The Le Palme rooms are located at the centre of the resort, a great meeting point with areas for fitness and dancing, especially suitable for young families (with a child under 6) and all young guests. I Ginepri offers a relaxing holiday for parents and a place which is also safe and fun for young kids. I Ginepri is a true heaven for families with children. The Deluxe, Junior Suite and Senior Suite accommodation provides ample space and comfort for a pleasant stay that can truly be enjoyed by the whole family.
• Sports/Entertainment
  As regards closeness to the beach, the hotel's location could not be better - it is right in front of one of the most extensive beaches of north-western Sardinia, with 8 km of fine white sand and crystal-clear sea, and the option to go canoeing or windsurfing and a sailing school with catamarans. Two sections are reserved for the resort, one with sun loungers and parasols. It is right by the entrance to the resort with free entry for all guests. The other, with sun beds and beach umbrellas, is reserved for guests of Le Rocce and is about 150 metres from the main entrance. In the second section, children under six are not admitted. The hotel also has an open-air disco, an amphitheatre for open-air shows, four swimming pools, a fantasy village (10,000 m2) for the kids with play area, pool and pine wood, and Duneland, a castle in the park for the little ones with creative activities, films, a games area and an inflatable play area. The resort also provides a quiet room, Il Pisolo, with cots and a baby feeding area, plus an indoor and terrace restaurant, and four hard-surface (Mateco) tennis courts. A massage service is also offered for a fee.
• Meals
  The resort offers excellent cuisine to suite all tastes with its choice of 7 restaurants. Most meals are served buffet style (daily reservation advised). One restaurant offers international and local cuisine; two specialise in pasta and pizza dishes; one is reserved for grilled meat and vegetables; and two specialise in grilled fish and seafood for candlelit à la carte dinners (a surcharge applies). There is also a baby restaurant where children's lunches are served. All the flavours of Sardinia and its dining traditions are masterfully presented by the chefs in the hotel's seven restaurants, a cuisine rich in tastes and scents in which a medley of fish and meat dishes are able to satisfy all preferences. Guests can also enjoy a drink in one of the 4 bars.
