Very friendly reception, clean rooms and stay spaces, competent information - everything great.The breakfast buffet is very regional focus: tyrolean bacon, the cakes (sacher-cake and apple strudel) from in-house production, lots of things, on any breakfast should be! Not so much on eggs aligned (scrambled eggs, fried eggs amongst others in vain). But there are enough other, in order to become full, great bread and bread rolls round the breakfast from. All in all a very good hotel in a central location directly on Waltherplatz. Room big enough so that both of our bikes fit into have, what also no problem was. Breakfast was perfect, not the massive selection but what there was delicious! We would anytime again there again. … read more

Very good city hotel. Ideal for walks and evening activities. Plus: underground car park with access to the hotel ( Costs about, 15 euros per day nice people at the front desk. Mediate on request Changing rooms with a view of the Waltherplatz. Beautiful breakfast room with a wide range of buffet and very nice Operations. Slight chlorine smell in the steps area on the basis of beautiful spa facilities in the basement. I will book this hotel again. … read more

The staff were multi-lingual, competent and friendly. Wi-fi in the room free of chargeAs i have already mentioned was the restaurant just renovated. We got a tip from hotel staff, an attached restaurant to visit.
The breakfast room was very tastefully decorated. Especially to mention i would like the water well. The drinking water from the wires in Bolzano with spring water dining. The water ran therefore from a fountain in glasses. It looked so appetizing, that you just costs had.
