The first meeting with the front desk was friendly and businesslike. Complaints (see room description) but with gekünstelter disquiet and then with one excuse (is heard; was still alright; i can now unfortunately not more; stayed at the moment no possibility) repelled. The services are briefly and scarcely described (where is the parking lot, when there is food, etc.) The check in takes no 5 minutes.Next to the lobby there was a restaurant for hotel guests a, back to normal and 'traditional' guests, shared restaurant. We were a bus group from Sweden. Everything is good and we had a good stay. After a perfect breakfast we take the bus to schlossalm and skilifts. Back to the hotel after a day in the snow, sauna and spa, a tasteful dinner and then we jump into bed early. … read more
