Actually not naggers, but what in this hotel was offered is bad. The hotel was I think never renovated, but after the condition at least 20-years-old his. The walks in the hallway have holes and the wall covering looked like wet and not properly dried. Starting for the rooms, where only the beds straightened were, however therefor were the towels 4 times the week changed and the beds with Handtücherdeko mistake. The shower curtain was moldy and the silicone seams at the washbasin also. The toilet was more than meager and sometimes ran no water to. The food was every … read more

Over the staff at the bar and pool bar we can't complain, are very friendly and patient. The beverages in plastic cups served (we have nowhere seen), if you get paid you drinks in the glass.
Foreign languages? NA ja either English or Russian.
The taxi driver, the from the hotel is, was very nice. On the drive to albena he gave us some shown and explained where everything was and what it now is, the drive was very interesting.Buffet in the all inclusive just disgusting and disgusting, not edible.

Staff was amazing. Very friendly, and me and my friend had a blast with them. Always cheerful, laughing and making sure you're having a good time staying in the hotel. I really want to thank Nayden and Meto here - You're awesome!
The cleaning ladies we're doing their job really great, rooms were always clean.
