Had a great holiday. We had two room, the a was worn and smelled unpleasant. We stayed only one day Dor. Then we got a beautiful room with a view of the sea and the pool right outside the door. The location and the beautiful grounds make up for a lot. The hotel has little to staff and is very annoying russians. For 17 years we spend our vacation in the hotel carabela. Since then we have the größerwerden and changes constantly experienced.
17 years ago the bavaro beach only 6 properties been. The audience was clearly demanding and all-inclusive is a foreign word. The change came first subtle, and then came from year to more hotels there. Today, it is much more people, the prices are in comparison always become more favorable.

I am this year for the 14. time for 20 years in the hotel carabela. My report from february/march 2012 we could glean. Large and spacious room with automatic air conditioning. The offered food was rich - and diverse. The staff were friendly, however too many english-or russischsprachig (from spanischsprachigen apart). Great animation- and sporting activities. The mexican restaurant was much better than the italian restaurant.
In the bathroom it dripping from the ceiling and the puddle of water was from the staff not daily swept. Also, the toilet seat not cleaned daily. On one day there were no hand towels and beach towels, because it from the staff forgot was. … read more
