The hotel is already somewhat outdated, especially at the very worn carpet in the hotel room noticeable makes. But you have to the hotel in regard to price-performance with other very expensive offered respectively the zimmerangeboten (12 meters² without window) in houses with less than or equal to many stars see. The left it went to the restaurant, right are the elevators and passages to the conference rooms. The lobby is very tasteful and well maintained, at a level were many flyer to the various attractions of the city is required. Throughout the hotel there is free and fast wi-fi.     Breakfast can be in the degrees pacific either à la carte or at the buffet breakfast. The buffet would have cost about €1 4.50 per person cost, we decided only a little thing à la carte breakfast and chose a Cappuccino for 5 s $(circa €3.40) and a freshly squeezed orange juice for 6.90 s $(circa €4.50). The Cappuccino was a bit slack, the freshly squeezed orange juice was ok, but a bit watered down, as it in a glass of full ice cubes out. The buffet was the quantity was adequate, there was a show cooking counter, at the eggs cooked to order were, a selection of cold and hot food, cereals and fresh fruit.

    We met at night, as our flight wasn't until 0:30 in Singapore arrived. With the arrival with the taxi hurried immediately a member of the hotel along, our bags from the taxi to a trolley loaded, the door anyway and the reception led. The check in was very friendly and uncomplicated, we filled the guest card from and deposited the amount by credit card. Something we were surprised, that 100 more were calculated, as the hotel should cost. On demand one explained us, that a deposit for the room service is, as you unfortunately bad experiences with unbeglichenen invoices have make must. Booked at the end but only the actual amount for the room, you then even signs. The method is for me correct, however a unaufgeforderte explanation would have been desirable. Our luggage was right after our arrival in the room. The room cleaning was without complaints, the towels were changed on request, the trash emptied, beds were made and the room cleaned (bathroom & floors). When checking out we asked by phone at the front desk for help and moments later, already an employee, for us to be helpful. The check-out was very quick and we were given the correct invoice for our stay. The staff were all very attentive and friendly, the doors were held open, and also with a outlets adapter you could free of charge at the reception (even without pfand) help. The service in the restaurant was in our case it was a little slow, my ordered orange juice was waiting i good 10 minutes, the Cappuccino my husband was until then long drink. Also the lady at the front desk of the restaurants not very good english and had to ask several times, until they really understood.

    Our room 618 was in 6. floor and was quite spacious. Right from the entrance was a lighted closet, left it into the bathroom. Behind the bathroom was on the left of the large double bed, on each side next to a bedside table. Opposite the bed was a large luggage rack, a small desk, and a furniture with integrated fridge and a somewhat older (tubular) tv. Before the window there was still another armchair with small table. The furniture was dark wood and in good condition with small signs of wear, the ambience of the room was classic tasteful and inviting, the whole room was clean and tidy. Worth mentioning is, that window in Singapore not standard include (!) And in many hotels only in the higher room categories windows are available. Our window did not open, the temperature in the room, we could on the air conditioning but even rules. The view was between the high-rise from Singapore also, not fancy, but the great wall the room was pleasantly bright. I found positive, that sichtschutzgardinen and separate curtains to darken gave. The bed was very comfortable, firm but not hard, we had a ton of pillows and a large, comfortable bed. The bathroom was modern and clean, there was a huge storage space next to the sink, there were towels also shampoo, conditioner, soap shower cap and zahnputzsets is required. There were some small signs of usage (to gespachtelte holes in the tiles, dent in the door), overall, the bathroom but in very good condition. The rooms were not very clairaudient, we have only very quiet noise from outside and from the hallway noise. Rather annoying i found the noise of the fridge, we at night so turned off.

    The hotel is very centrally located in the Victoria street, about centrically between the Orchard Road and Marina Bay. Directly beside the hotel there is a 24h 7 eleven supermarket, the bugin junction shopping mall with many shops and restaurants can be reached within 5 minutes walking. The binding to the public means of transport is likewise excellent, directly before the hotel drive penalty, the mrt (u-bahn) station bras brah is in the immediate vicinity (about 3-4 minutes to foot). With the mrt one arrives within 10 minutes to Marina Bay. You need to walk to get there about half an hour, the Orchard Road it is an easy 10 to 15 minutes. The binding to the airport is also very good, with the mrt you pay only 2.40 s $(circa €1.45), for the taxi we during the day 15 s $(circa 9 Euro ) paid, at night, it was 23 s $ (14 Euro ). Alternatively there is the airport also a shuttle service, this and other hotels runs (per person about €5.50). With the taxi we 20-25 minutes.
