Very arrogant and unfriendly reception, room outdated (but room large) and partly broken (Karniesen, lamps). No treatment from complaints! Damage was during the stay not. The view under the bed confirmed the impression! Despite repeated Fragens no bathrobe for children (despite previous telephone order)! Catering varied and attractive. We (7 women from the city), our stay in faistenau more than enjoyed - the beauty treatments were extremely good! The staff were unlikely friendly and accommodating... From the cleaning staff on the house technician (the picked us up...) , the front desk and of course the 'host' were always trying hard to make us comfortable... Food and atmosphere wonderful - who evenings however in the disco would like, must be a bit further drive... … read more

Not a 4 star hotel, also has nothing to do with feng shui hotel to do, because it must be more than a few angel in the display to give. Noisy room, since only rigipswände, we had a family with 3 children next door, one understood every word! The heater worked in the bathroom and in the living/bedroom is not! Hole in the bed sheets, bedsheet... For breakfast there were amongst others fruit from the mainland. In the evening it was event in the house, in the one to early in the morning at 4 o'clock loud music from amplifiers … read more

The food wasn't the hit. There was no fresh homemade salads, and daily the same finished salads. The food was without any taste. Breakfast of a 4 star hotel not worthy, no fresh fruits, no fresh juice \u263a

With a warm hello all started at the front desk, afterwards it was only in the morning occupied and one could with questions start the staff to check availability.
The cleaning of the rooms is without complaint clean and correct defendendo.
The staff during dinner and breakfast was friendly, however get it the service not really good with of the kitchen properly fit, to wishes to the change for the food early report, the no stress in the kitchen to cause.For 4 stars the breakfast was reasonable, but no more.
