The staff's hospitality was unique, especially we want to mention Anita, the breakfast waitress (name unfortunately forget) and others, the us excellent service and conversation. Many thanks again for the very good service.Wonderful hotel with informal flair,The food was simple top and had the style of a five star hotels.
At the breakfast buffet were fulfilled all expectations and the dinner had a exceptional quality.Size, equipment and state of the rooms were very good.We could from here with our group great excursions undertake, shops were easy to reachThe wellness area is really good and for relaxation after a tiring day. … read more

The hotel has a good location - central but quiet, right next to the elferlift. Beautiful, large, clean room with a balcony. Good value for money. Bad service, it is not on the wishes the score received, dirty dishes, essen at the buffet carelessly displayed, nearly daily the same food, dinner in menu Form leaves much to be desired, hotel was to our prior to almost completely with teenagers skiing instructors occupied, it was always very noisy, buffet was empty eaten, it was hardly refilled, evenings in the hallways much noise and loud parties with music until late in the morning, the bar was evenings the theory tabrets occupied, no opportunity for guests back there to, the wellness area is very small, the hot tub is … read more

the hotel has a beautiful austrian charm. The staff are warm and 'duzt' typical Austrian seine guests.
the rooms were well cleaned, there was nothing to complain about. In the basement of the house is a ski cellar and a small wellness area. You can free tea making facilities, steam bath, sanarium, Finnish sauna, and the use of the hot tub. There is also an infrared cabin, and the possibility massages to book. We have however no treatment in use taken.The check in was very friendly and well stocked. For questions or wishes, is the staff gladly helping.

we had 5 relaxing days! The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired, in the afternoon there were coffee/ tea, cakes and a daily soup, in the evening creative and of high quality menus. To be highlighted is the very good assorted wine List.
also the wellness area we liked it -2 saunas, 1 steam bath, 1 infrared cabin, various showers, tea/wet bar and so on
unfortunately, the Kneipp basin was not filled, the whirlpool function in the pool and some of the fixtures broken. But this details with the friendly and accommodating staff more than made up for it.
