Staff was not friendly mostly administration, poor knowledge of Russian and English. My friends room was not cleaned every day, they use a lot of chlorine for cleaning, which has very spesific smell and can make your head ache. TV was very small. There was not hot water all the time same with internet. We didn´t had children, but as far as I saw there was no child care. Building quality is very bad.
