The hotel itself is very good convenient, one has the possibility on foot many places like for instance (Reeperbahn, jetties, speicherstadt) to reach.
Everything further away there is with the subway or S-Bahn reach the 2 minutes away from the hotel is.
Unfortunately is only the rooms no private bathroom have.
The breakfast buffet was more than adequate, there was something for everyone!

The staff were very friendly, everyone has said hello. English can you also super fluently speak. The room clean always very nice, you get every day a caramel-candy on the bed put. We also complained, because it was so noisy in the room the on the street side was. They have not asked and have looked, whether we the room can change and you said we should the things together pack and in the room and the housekeeper then the luggage in the room rooms. Said, done. Great hotel, everything was clean and the staff were very friendly. Clear, the hotel is in a somewhat older condition, but the beds were great and even the shared shower/toilet on the corridor were always clean. Completely we were very satisfied. Especially the location is brilliant. The dom-kirmes right on the doorstep and up to Reeperbahn there were only a few hundred meeter.
Furthermore the hotel lies right in the Schanzenviertel in the really great bars there.
