The hotel staff is professional and friendly, they can speak many languages. The chambermaids are punctual and very clean. If you have a complain they soon solve the problem.There is a buffet restaurant with a good range of food and also a "a la carte" restaurant. The cuisine is international with many egyptian dishes every day. There also are two bars next to the swimming pools. The oriental atmosphere is excellent in alla the hotel.Roomms are big and the equipment perfect: A/C, satellite Tv, telephone, courtesy set, free wifi connection all over the hotel. Overall the very good hotel liked it, especially the atmosphere. We had booked all inclusive, the beverages including 19 different cocktails were very good. The rooms were tastefully furnished in an oriental style. The staff very friendly and helpful. Defects in the bath were on the housekeeping or front desk immediately. The only problem was, that the hotel no private beach had, the beach section of the adjacent gofy resorts for admittance to reach in about 5 minutes on foot. The food was like almost always in Egypt a catastrophe. Monotonous, without every taste, even the red kidney beans were white cooked. Us from the room an empty tauertasche stolen. Also on demand the housekeeping and front desk is not resurfaced. The hotel attached studio is rather bad. Supposedly all of the staff certified and best ones in Egypt. Don't let the hands and feet of it. Forget the half, hold agreements not a and so on the hotel is also a dive centre attached. Only something for one until twice divers.     The oriental luxury hotel has its own unique charm and style. It is located in a quiet area of Naama Bay, yet just a few minutes' walk from the lively town centre. The hotel is around 800 m from the beach. The prestigious location is perfect for holiday visitors to Sharm who prefer the smaller new-style boutique hotels, with all the luxury of the huge five-star resorts but including the warmth and intimacy only boutique hotels can offer. Sharm el-Sheikh International Airport is around 12 km away.

    Renovated in 2010 and offering a total of 140 rooms, the design hotel is tastefully decorated throughout with original oriental motifs. The ambitious interior designer has created a superbly exciting project to suit those who like to stay somewhere out of the ordinary with its fanciful and stylish yet comfortable accommodation. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Additional facilities at this air-conditioned establishment include a hotel safe, hairdressing salon, TV lounge, WLAN Internet access, café, bar and restaurant. Room service and a laundry service are also offered. For a fee guests may use the hotel car park.
