The check-in was all right. The ausckechen we found a overburdened lady before. According to your statement the receptionist was ill.My wife and I spent a night in the hotel. The hotel is in a very good location. ( immediate beach area). Instead of hotel room we received a apartment in the neighboring building. The room was more or less fine. The bathroom unfortunately not. The toilet was dirty. At the wall in the shower mold. The formerly white armatuen are scuffed. A mixture of brass coat and kalkränder. In the area of the service we have a good experiences made! We were warmly welcomed and in our room brought (by the way with a wonderful view of the sea). Also the breakfast and dinner was a always friendliness and attention.My wife and i found the hotel simply wonderful! Even if the building already somewhat older is, but this is the feel good factor not detract from our stay. On the contrary! The building gives a comfort, which one today only rarely and that we really liked it.
