So the hotel are really very nice, well-kept and worth seeing. The rooms are very playful and pleasantly large and properly cleaned. The 6 all la carte restaurants all were closed. There was also in the afternoon not cakes. We had booked all inclusive, later. But from the following reasons it was for us. Overall a good holiday, especially children enjoyed the pool area and all inclusive. Plenty of activities and generally a very helpful and attentive staff. Pool and restaurant area not always quite as clean and tidy that you would expect of a 5-star hotel. Dinner buffer could also have more variation, now it was more or less same every night. Everything was at its best. Nice hotel, friendly staff, services, diversified food at every meal. We have searched for a place to rest, that make us feel good. Besides the gorgeous weather we found a comfy hotel. We felt excellent and we've come back anytime. read hotel review

The toilet by the children's pool were often dirty so extra cleaning there. But all other places were very nice and clean so we loved to stay at your hotel. There is a good chance that we will come back read hotel review

1. Safety box was difficult to handle – unnecessary complicated system and seemed to be too old – some number buttons were worn and we had a problem to open the box. 2. Restaurant was nice and the personals were friendly. However, the assortment of foods was too simple to be served at a 5-stars hotel. Mussels, shrimps, crabs were not at the menu at all. We think that mussels, shrimps, crabs and different fish dishes are a must for a 5-stars hotel at a sea side. In general, the menu was too monotonous. Too many dishes were made on ... chopped meat and mainly on chicken and turkey. Too small variations of solid pieces of meat. 3. The butter served in small packages in the restaurant was not a natural butter but margarine (artificial butter) which is a very bad for a 5-star hotel. It should be at least a choice for people who don’t like margarines. 4. The second week of our stay we noticed that it was end of season. May be this was a reason that the fresh pressed orange juice was now not-pressed but we should do it on our own. Last days of our stay there were not apple juice, nor orange or pineapple juice in the machine in the restaurant. We think this was not a 5-star hotel standard anymore, but we did not get any discounts for reduction of the services. 5. This hotel was super experience for our family. We have here all inklusive -alternative and we have enjoy very much. Food and drinks are very good and tasty. Tonight we are going to eat in the Italian ala carte Restaurant. The swimming pool area is nice and clean. The personal here are friendly, and the entertainment group do their work with a big heard. We will surely come in the next time here and then I hope, that there will be at the dinner time a ice cream -buffet to the children. Thank you very much!!! KIITOS! read hotel review

I have booked Granada Luxury and Hotel Spa for the first time after reading lots of reviews on different websites and have to say that the hotel is much much better than what I was expecting. The real five star hotel from where I have been to, rooms are very clean, staff is friendly, smiling and greeting everyone and doing their best for adults and for kids. We had our daughters birthday during our stay and have to say that hotel stuff did her special day unforgettable. They decorated our room with lots of balloons, beautifully decorated our table for ... breakfast and dinner, offered tasty cake with candles and did a special kids animation in the evening time singing Happy Birthday song and a special present. My child was thrilled. Have to say that animation program is really good, different programs every night for kids and then for adults. Shows are of very high standard, with real acrobats and performers from different countries. And to finish off my review I have to mention food, plenty to choose from, very tasty, and they put real efforts on presentation and quality. I can´t recommend that hotel high enough and we definitely be back. read hotel review

This is our third time to Turkey, but first time to Alanya. We have had a fantastic holiday at this hotel with the staff being extremely accomodating and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples and families looking for a relaxing time/ the hotel is situated about 30km away from Alanya itself and the hustle and bustle of the city's bars and restaurants which was very easy to get too and cheaply as buses run every 10mins and are very very cheap. The food, serivce, cleanliness, entertainment, shows, added holiday extras have been exemploary. I cannot recommend this ... hotel enough it is fantastic. read hotel review

This is not my forst visit to the hotel. Service has been beter in the past. For my last visit I would recomment this hotel but after my last visit I will not. I have tried to talk to gust relations about this subject but they didi not seem to care. Also their understanding of the english language was poor.     The 5 star all-inclusive, Granada Luxury Resort and Spa is located nearby the Mediterranean sea on its own private golden beach on the beautiful Turkish Riviera. This hotel is ideal for water enthusiasts. The large, modern hotel opened in 2010 and has a total of 598 non-smoking rooms spread over 10 different floors. The reception desk is open 24 hours a day. Guest can check into the hotel from 14:00 and must be checked out by 12 midday. The hotel also has conference facilities and a choice of wining and dining venues. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the hotel.

    The Granada Luxury Resort and Spa is situated in Okurcalar and is just a 30 minute drive to Alanya city center and a 30 minute drive from Side Antique City. Antalya Airport is a 2 hour drive away. To get around in Alanya, guests can take mini buses (called Dolmush in Turkey) that conveniently stop in front of the hotel and can take guests to Alanya or Manavgat.

There are many activities and sights close by for guest to enjoy outside the hotel, including the Manavgat Waterfall, which is only a 30 minute drive away and the Incekum beach which is also close by.
