So the hotel are really very nice, well-kept and worth seeing. The rooms are very playful and pleasantly large and properly cleaned. The 6 all la carte restaurants all were closed. There was also in the afternoon not cakes. We had booked all inclusive, later. But from the following reasons it was for us. Unfortunately you can in this hotel in the November not more in the sea baden. Because the great on the photo shown sun terrace is from November have alr …  read hotel review

One of the best hotels we (me and my girlfriend) ever visited. Although it was the busiest moment in the summer vacation, and so the hotel was booked solid, it didn't seem that way because of the many facilities the hotel has. So luckily the hotel wasn’t overcrowded. You get a very warm welcome with the check-in which is nice if you had a long trip. Also the check-out was perfect and easy. We booked a small room on the 9th floor which was in good condition, the only shortcoming the room had was that we didn't have a balcony ... so we couldn't hang our towel and bathing clothes outside to dry (but a balcony isn't included with a budget room so can't really complain about that, only a recommendation for others). A big plus point in the room was the mini bar which was filled each day with some drinks, very pleasant! The food was great and had a large variety and the restaurants are all clean. Special thanks to Hasan K. from the lobby bar, we were here almost every night during our stay. Hardworking but most of all a very friendly guy who also has sincere interest and asks how your day or trip was (for example: how was your day at Alanya / the bazaar? etc.). also speaks English, Russian, Turkish, German so easy to chat with no matter where you come from! So our conclusion: this is definitely one of the best hotels we've been to and recommend it to other people to visit or even a second stay! Thomas & Kelly read hotel review

Best vacation ever - detailed review

The hotel design was stunningly beautiful and every aspect was amazing. You can tell that the hotel is new and that it is looked after by the staff. It is cleaned all day every day and the lighting and butterflies everywhere make it extra special. The employees are mostly treated badly by the guests, which is unfortunate and they do not deserve it, so when we were very nice to them they were very pleased and extremely willing to do anything to make our stay that much better. There is a variety of activities so it was never boring. There ... is something to do for everyone and you can get delicious food and drinks all day and night (ultra all inclusive), which was great for us as we slept in till 13:00 and went to bed at 5:30. We have met amazing friends there and we plan on going on vacation together again. Most of the friends we've met there are Turkish (living in Germany, Switzerland and Austria), Albanian (Kosevo) and Serbian, with some from Belgium and The Netherlands. The only group of people that caused a lot of problems (actual fights) were Russians and unfortunately, this is a very important group to the hotel as income. Overall there was a balance between young families (parents and children) and youngsters in the hotel (all in all bout 20-40 year old people). Hardly any elderly people and relatively little babies and toddlers. read hotel review
  • Location

The hotel is 2 hours away from the airport and after a long flight it does take a long time, however the location of the hotel is so beautiful that it is easily forgotten (on the way back it went very fast). The sea is warm and clean and the views are amazing. There are just little bits of sand beaches here and there (e.g. a small walk outside of the hotel leads to stairs down to a private beach which is gorgeous), but mostly the water is just deep enough to get in from the pier. There is a Bazaar near the hotel (15 min walk) where you can shop very good and somewhat cheaper than in Alanya, however there is more to choose from when you go to the city. You can take a bus or a taxi from the hotel and it takes a bit over half an hour to get there. (We asked Batu at the reception for a taxi and we paid 50 euro for 4 persons, retour, and he waited for us while we were shopping so we wouldn't have to call or look). There is not very much to see in the direct area surrounding the hotel, so making a trip to Alanya is definitely worth it. The bazaar there is a lot busier and there are multiple clubs to go out in. We had a lot of fun just being in the hotel so based on other people's stories, there is a lot to do there, which is why we need to come back and see for ourselves.

  • Gastronomy
    6.0

The hotel has multiple restaurants on top of the main restaurant and for every week you stay, you are allowed to make a reservation (one day ahead) at one of the a la carte restaurants. The main restaurant is open in the morning, afternoon, evening and during the night. the other snack restaurants and food options are all over the place so you can get something wherever you are. The bars are located near all the restaurants and there are extras in the lobby, atrium, pier, disco and irish pub. Some drinks are not available at every bar (e.g. tequila). You can sit inside, outside (in and out of shade) to eat as you like.

  • Sport & Leisure
    6.0

Every day is filled with set activities surrounding the pool area, which were very exciting. There was always good music, but we preferred to go to the pier where we could listen to our own music and swim in the sea. Both the pool and the sea had a pretty warm temperature, yet cold enough to be refreshing. It was clean and kept clean by the employees. The only problem we faced was that the sun beds were often taken or claimed with towels while there was no one there using them, but when looking a bit more we could always find a spot. We had internet access on the pier and inside the hotel on the Atrium and Lobby floor and in some other rooms. The restaurant, irish pub, disco, theater and spa had no internet access. We also went to ride on a Ringo which was a lot of fun. We also had an amazing treatment in the spa and went for a mani+pedi and eyebrow grooming in the salon. You had some stores in the hotel, however we went to the Bazaar near the hotel and the Bazaar in Alanya to shop.

  • Room
    5.0

At first we were given a room which only had one double-bed, so we went back to the reception and they assigned us a bigger room with two single beds. The room was spacious, tidy and clean and the view was amazing. The airco worked wonderful, the tv and safe were easy to use and the bathroom had a jacuzzi bathtub and hair drier. The minibar was filled every day and there was a water cooker for tea. There are also two switches you can use for Do Not Disturb and Make Up Room, which was very convenient. The only problem we had was that the wifi didn't work once we closed our room door and they tried to reset it multiple times, so maybe it was just my phone. Once we knew the room numbers of our friends, we could use those to contact them for free. The reception was always available for questions and sent employees to our room if we needed anything.

  • Service
    6.0

The service was perfect. We were very nice to the staff members (especially compared to other guests) and they really appreciated that. We didn't have to do anything; from picking up after ourselves to carrying luggage, they did everything for us. We had no problem communicating with any of them and they were always friendly, welcoming and really made us laugh. After a short while they all knew what we would drink regularly or what we needed, so we didn't have to go and ask for anything and they just brought it to us. The cleaning lady was very polite and the man who filled the mini bar always asked for any requests. One time we were afraid a watch was stolen from our room but with the help of security we found it again. All of our questions and problems were answered and solved. We did have some misunderstanding with the employees from the hair and nail salon, but that was dealt with well (though I wouldn't recommend it). The spa employees were also very great during our treatment. We had a lot of fun with the photographers and DJ's from the disco as well, who showed us around some more and played whatever music we requested. Some people I'd like to thank especially are: Batu (reception), Murat, Emrah, Oguzhan, Ömer, Mustafa, Ali (restaurant) and Gazel, Abdullah, Ismail, Mehmet (bartenders).
