the staff are very bemümt and expected, such as those in Cuba everywhere usually, a small tipthe food in buffet form is bearable and each is full. The expectations at the quality should however low set, lovers of alcohol come as a part of the all inclusive their moneys worth.the rooms are large and clean, however very getting old. the staff were, except for a male exception, always friendly. What other to say would be a lie. The foreign languages skills of the staff are enough in English to communicate and very few spoke a little German. The cleaning of the rooms was always good and the ladies were always friendly.The Debacle! There is a main restaurant and a' pizza place'. The introduction: if you are looking for culinary delights, is wrong in Cuba anyway. Know not at all where do I start...
