The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful, with the bags were spontaneous helped, currency exchange is at the front desk completely uncomplicated but of course not the banküblichen course. German will not spoken, English is not a problem. additional we did not use services taken.There is a restaurant, which we didn't used have. The breakfast is a star better as the whole hotel. Hot and cold food, everything was fresh and well prepared. The coffee service is fast and friendly. Especially you have to highlight the extensive choice of fresh local fruits. This hotel is located 1.5 blocks from Copacabana beach and close to the metro station as well as to other places of interest to visitors.
