The staff are too many very unfriendly and speaks no German-English was hardly understood! With complaints very negative way! On arrival I found dirty bed sheets before (red stains mood), this was also after days not changed! We changed the studio and it was the bed linen dirty from the previous guest, the cleaning lady was quite rude when I fresh laundry to have wanted, only by swear at the front desk we received finally new! We were of the hotel quite pleased. The apartment was very spacious, sufficient space laundry, everything you need is available. Everything is still fairly new, must only be renovated. Pools are very nice, enough available in the entire area. Our apartment was quite far in the back, it was you good on foot traveling to the restaurant or to the exit, I thought it was very good, where you always in motion.
