The staff is friendly, helpful, and promptly to our desires (cradle in another room) received.The restaurant is clean and tidy. Also our kids have everyday something suitable found. The waiters were consistently friendly and helpful.As mentioned above we had 2 double rooms with connecting door, thus totally lots of space, 2 separate toilets (for 5 people ), great service: floor mats (towels) in the toilets, bathrooms and the beds. Water digester, a teebeutel and a coffee.Lovely hotel with great location on lake neusiedl, directly in front of our balcony the lighthouse, the our kids in the evening inspired observed.
