The service leaves nothing to desire. Starting at the check-in in Constance airport lounge, further over the welcome on the island, in the reception and grünanlagenbereich are all of the staff always friendly and helpful.
Same goes for the gastronomy-staff, all always very attentive and after a short time already implicitly the wishes meet.
The house keeping cleans once a day the room, after necessary, in the evening however also again towels etc. Changed. The mini bar even twice daily to own be refilled.There are two restaurants on the complex, the main buffet restaurant (manta-restaurant) and the à la carte grill restaurant … read more

Friendliness is very much emphasized here. We were literally every wish from our eyes, it is at the bar, at the front desk or on the boats for the excursions. The room service there is nothing to complain about, twice a day, tidy, cleaned, the shower gel refilled, towels were changed daily...
Also the doctor we had to visit, since i was on a coral cut have. Tipptopper service.

Service was excellent! There are all very hard every request somehow to fulfill. Daily is a doctor on the island the free treatment. We were told, also diesb it certainly belongs to the service. With German one comes not very far on the island. Mainly English, Italian and frnzösich spoken. Only with the snorkeling instructors can 2 speak German.
