Service at the front desk faultless, friendly welcome, welcome drink and Kurzführung by the large hotel. One speicht several languages. room service perfect, friendly and very punctual ( breakfast was exactly on the dot!). Extra wishes fulfilled, Tipps for going out and tips for excursions receives one at the front desk.the hotel is wonderful, very stylish and tastefully decorated. Who on ostentation is, feel touristing! nice, very central convenient grand hotel. We had a standard room on the street side, but the air conditioning was relatively loud. We could but the window in spite of street noise during the night good open and still sleep. Furniture in the standard rooms wonderful old fashioned but with new upgraded technology. Large bathroom with double sinks. The hotel features a restaurant (during the summer terrace on the ground floor right on the lake/promenade), a very sophisticated bar and three restaurants rented easily. … read more

Occupying a 19th century building, this familial luxury hotel is located close to the famous Chapel Bridge in the centre of Lucerne. Lake Lucerne's lively promenade and the main train station are both within easy walking distance (public transport links are located within 100 m of the hotel).

Built in 1871 and renovated in 2001, this first-class 4-storey hotel comprises a total of 37 rooms spread as well as 12 suites. Facilities include an elegant lobby, lifts, a café, a bar, 3 restaurants and 9 conference rooms.
