Have this house on behalf of a television station. two nights have completely enough. In my room in two places the water dripping from the ceiling, on night was a cup half full and the whole on the bedside table! The maintenance of a cafeteria food standards. The German guests were the worst in the expectation of the great buffets shortly before half past seven in front of the entrance level. Unbelievable! … read more

Staff are very friendly. At the front desk there was always someone, the enough speaks German.
Cleaning of the rooms acceptable. Towels were changed daily.
Laundry service doctor etc. Didn't use it. Suitcase also at departure to to the front desk brought.
Complaints... The water pressure of the toilets is not so especially. Yuck... 2 times the problem had, that not properly washed. Was not fixed; we had to literally wait, until the problem by itself solved...1 main restaurant, 1 restaurant by the pool.
In the Ramadan ( few guests) is the food... Oh well... Not so much especially. Not enjoyable but it is … read more

Hotel room Couldn't be used! Everything dirty and uncleaned. Mold in the fridge, beverage residues in the freezer, fecal and urine marks on every mattress, kitchen bathroom was unusable. Rusty exposed toilets, open Electricity. Around the hotel a smelly dump and construction. The pictures the hotel when ebookers approximately 10 years old. No communication or complaint to hotel or ebookers possible. Never again with or ebookers a trip.
Absolutely unfit, all lost money. Not even replacement -room or other hotel. We had everything on site new and independent book. … read more

When booked half board was the visit of the dinner room rather sobering; in the morning, a sort of cold meat, either cheese yet jams or honey, always small blotches curd on spacious Blechplatten, the fast was empty and slow refilled. Staff is rather bad motivated, in opening the, kitchen' from 05:30 one can despite previous announcement with a meal prepared, so that the drive to Marrakesh then evenly with 3 slices of bread goes on... Evenings always 3 essensvariationen; fried fish is always there.
