The service in the hotel was in our opinion good. Before arrival answered you immediately go into detail on our e-mail with the question parking spaces on, the check in was easy and the valet parking worked fine. We parked in front of the hotel to unload. Our car was picked up and until the departure in a nearby garage parked and stood at left in front of the door ( 26 Euro per day, we gladly paid, after the parking in Florence live experienced together). The room sizes vary greatly in this hotel. We had a rather small room on the quiet street. It was but adequate and the furniture had a lot of charm (stucco, pictures, etc. old furniture). it was also a small balcony. The room are unfortunately something badly soundproofed. The staff was very friendly and spoke good english and also. The breakfast buffet was for Italian conditions very good and extensive, including warm dishes.
