We spent new year's eve in the villa Marburg and completely different impressions collected. The check in was friendly and we were on the end of the day (food, etc.) Informed. We had booked a suite, the in the side building (gästepalais ) was. That means of course in the wellness area in the bathrobe was not possible, but completely okay was. The suite was very spacious, clean and had a huge, new bathroom, but it was with dark furniture and had no balcony. The only 'normal fenster' (the rest were small skylight) was to the parking lot. Have the hotel for a weekend -wellness vacation booked, arrangement' a dream for two '. Room the arrangement is a spacious junior suite inclusive breakfast buffet and indescribable delicious more-course -menu in the evening lovingly arranged by the chef and served by well trained, friendly staff. Fusion cuisine is a worthy adventure-if one food experience and not 'just' the appetite-and hungerstillen to take wants.Better than specified 4 starsMy wife and i have using a voucher from travelzoo two nights including breakfast and including a 4-course dinner in the Hotel Villa Marburg spent.
The furnishings and equipment in the rooms was international 5a 6 star standard. Four star are to that extent without any discussion too few.
The service in all areas there was no reason to complain, with the exception of the breakfast.

On the occasion of a Spanish buffet we used the offer the night for 15 €per person ( without breakfast). Very nice big hotel room, modern bath. The food was excellent. Breakfast buffet very nice, everything sufficiently available. Great is the marmeladenauswahl: at least 10 different fancy homemade marmelade, which you could take with you. We used the stay also extensive walk in the very nice hiking. Heigenbrücken itself is not very attractive and ageing, but the scenery is very nice. … read more
