Basically the staff were very friendly. We were however for the first night to strenuous travel first into another hotel bundled. You wondered, that the organizer not communicated. Made the porter no especially hard-working, but a rather helpless impression. Also otherwise it could happen, that you only the key wanted and mr at reception not from the telephone loseisen and no view of the waiting customers had.The food was ok, however only appetizers at the buffet, besides that menu at the table, whereas for the 2 course the 3 options to the selection stood. The employees it seems in the first moment a bit reserved, the guest must already reach out and its needs phrase. These are so good it is fulfilled. Waiter and front desk employees I German, English and even a little Russian conversations. Housekeepers daily for fresh towels and a tidy room. The price-performance ratio was given, unfortunately was a very penetrating smell in the room and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.
Hair from the previous guests were on the toilet, the sink and the room, it was just the room wiped although much remained on the way. Never again three stars in Italy, unless you want to live in the dirt.
And in the hotel money for the beach chairs at the pool didn't work. The table cloths were not changed despite a week since day 1 stain.
Breakfast was the same every day before. Rolls like cardboard and there was always the same sausage.
