Bad service. Every two days the cleaning lady came to the room to fix our bed, whitout changing the sheets. Very poor knowlege of english language, everyone of the personnal speaks to you in russian language, 95% of the guests are Russan. Very bad sanitation care of the hotel in general - there are cats walking around in the entire hotel, one climbed in our room's balkony and burst our air mattress - the hotel administration told us that they are a street cats and there is nothing they can do about it. at only 80% Russians and they will be treated with enthusiasm as according to the staff plunk down the money this is the only way around. hotel is in need of a renovation. the condition of the room was a disaster! and the travel guide quite as is the whole hotel altogether. the beach was rocky rather small and dirty. would recommend absolutely recommend this hotel to book. … read more
