Since we christmas market and the eisskulpturausstellung in Bruges wanted to visit, we opted for this the location was well located 2 star hotel and we were satisfied with the choice.
The staff were very nice and accommodating.
The room, without minibar and safe was quiet, clean and in terms of size ok.
The bed was comfortable and the mattresses were very good.
The bathroom was not huge, but it was everything available.

What the review of the hotel regards, I must join my previous speakers unfortunately plug. Apart from the very central location, there are no positive Issues in her report. I had the rooms, already months paid in advance and for this purpose a confirmation in the check in, should I the rooms then again pay. On multiple instruction, that the rooms already been paid, was not received. Only after Presentation of the confirmation, the lapidary sentence: oh, well I have to believe that. Stayed for 2 nights in this hotel.
questions and complaints, for example after a toilet brush or a second towel were gooey with :'does not exist' answered.
drinks at the bar were not filled up to the right level, on request again a gooey Reply!
prices were invented, the not on the menu!
at the start was German spoken, after several complaints to the same person at the front desk no German more!
stench the channel unbearable!
had a room with a view of an air conditioner.

Unfortunately the people at the front desk everything, just not friendly. Auf hints or demands was rude response from the top down. Whether this is a 2. towel, the abzockerpreise in the bar or anything was.

Right in the old town of Bruges, absolutely wonderful for every trip in the old town, nearby parking garage, about nine euros per day.
Friendliness of the staff was good and they were very helpful. Breakfast was also good and voluminous, but not icluded int he price of the room, as in every IBIS.
Room for double room was rather small and already a bit worn. But still Ibis quality! … read more
