We didn't expect much, but our expectations were still untertroffen. First, if you nothing suns could, then I would do that. The hotel africamar is absolutely not recommendable and has our opinion no more than a star. We were already the 5 time on Mallorca, always in three star hotels, but such a thing we yet did not experience. As already described, the staff in the hotel is in my opinion very distant and annoyed. Large emphasis we had on the first day the possibility the first room to change, like you did not do anything.
With spanish you got in the hotel further, English partly, German no chance.
The rooms were every 2 days 'cleaned'. So including one understands the africamar the towels change and the beds make, as well as the garbage bin taught. In the bathroom nothing was wiped, not even the washbasin or the floor. After 2 weeks one has simply only dirt lived.

We had to deal only with the check in with the staff and they were nice and friendly. We could speak in German.
The room cleaning came every two days and swept out once briefly and hung new towels . The bed sheets were not even changed within the week, although they were slightly yellowish discolored by sweat and sun cream.
Pictures hung crooked and not straight.
