The service is friendly, with more than enough foreign languages.
We had the hotel for the first night of our trip and for the last night. The first night was great; we were even upgraded us to a suite. As we are 2. night arrived, we were from the free hotel shuttle from the airport picked up, then in the hotel to learn, that due to a flufgstornierung other guests not areisen could and our room this is a free country. Good well-maintained hotel, the rooms were huge approximately 40 meters²,, although best price economy on internet booked, probably a better category get (all three traveling companions also). Rather unfriendly service already front desk. The incompetent Mr spoke very broken English and was absolutely not 'service-oriented'. My room was very small, no natural light, the window went on a shaft about 1 meter the wall. Wake-up calls, and transfer were forgotten, I would have by a hairbreadth my connecting flight missed.
