Cheap hotel near the train station. Elevator. Very good breakfast buffet with friendly, attentive Staff. Reception on the day of arrival about 22,30 unfriendly. Remaining time pleasant and helpful. Multi-lingual. Room small - pay tv. No free internet! Bath very small. Hotel area is dark not really recommendable. If you leave the hotel and always straight facing the bahnhofsgleise goes finds you on the right side a good italian restaurant. … read more

We were with a group of 18 people for one night because of an event in the festival hall. The hall is 5 minutes on foot, as well as u-bahn. For one night the hotel is completely sufficient. There was no possibility, that we in the group in the evening still together, except at the front desk. But it was only an armchair and a 2-he sofa and it was not desirable, that we chairs to get. The stay was catastrophic. I myself work in the hotel industry and know that it not always simply is a guest a smile to demonstrate if you a bad day got. But unfriendly, unmotivated and uneducated staff are I have never untergekomme. During the check in wasn't even 'hello' I said, I was merely the registration form slammed ' on the table and asked how I pay would like. The hotel is very central for the Hauptbahnhof. Staff is very rude. When I arrived there was not even a "hello" The lady gave me my room card and credit card bill for my room. Located at the heart of Frankfurt, in a side street in the banking district, this hotel lies just 400 m from the main train station. There is a stop for the public transport to be found in the hotel's vicinity offering excellent links to Frankfurt's trade fair centre.
Facilities
This 7-storey city hotel comprises a total of 60 rooms of which 10 are suites. Facilities include a foyer with a lift, a cosy hotel bar, a breakfast room and several conference rooms. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the parking facilities.

The tastefully designed rooms each include an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, an Internet connection, satellite/cable TV with a pay TV function.
