We have just returned from our 6th visit to this Hotel. Again we had a great relaxing holiday, in a great hotel, on a beautiful island. Although this hotel is classed as 3 star (which is given to it according to facilities etc., some people don’t know that ???) The rooms are always kept spotless; I watched as the cleaner made the bed, swept the floor, wiped down the surfaces, thoroughly cleaned the bathroom and even cleaned out the 2 cups given to me by reception when I hired a kettle. Now i understand, why Anastasia hotel is NO 1 in Greece, of course, because it deserves that ! I stayed in 4 star hotel in Crete before and although Anastasia is only a 3 star hotel i found it much better.
You allways get everything what you need to have good relaxed vacations, to feel like at home, no matter from where you come from. The hotel is situated in a very nice place with hills behind and sea ahead.
Also in Anastasia hotel you have FREE show every evening !!! For example dancing girls, greek night, mistic men, BBQ evening, karaoke … read more

The staff friendliness and service is of the highest quality. rooms and grounds are kept spotless. There is a kids club to give you a wee respite while you laze at the pool. if you have any complaints the staff will see to them straight away.Food here is great. A mixture of British and Greek cuisine that will suit even the most particluar of guest. Meals are always served hot an dif not hot enough for your there is a microwave provided to warm it some more. Great hotel, everyone is friendly and nothing is to much trouble.
Good food variety and very good quality.
Very relaxing holiday for me and my family. This is the first time we are planning to go back to the same hotel for second time.
Nice family runs the hotel and they make you feel better than home !

The best Hotel we have been to without a doubt. Great staff, who are more than helpful.
Very clean rooms in very clean blocks in immacculately kept gardens.
First class food, plentiful and varied.
Comfortable rooms with free air conditioning.
Easy acces to the resort and indeed the rest of the Island, in either direction as there is a bus stop close to the front gate.
