Never a 5 star luxury hotel. The bathroom was dirty, the food was not enjoyable and the staff seemed very neglected.. Next door started in the morning at 7 o'clock the construction to drühnen what the hotel of course nothing can, but it should be pointed out.
We spent three nights in other hotels on the island spent otherwise i would probably the whole week nothing to me. … read more

For November the hotel is to off the beaten track located. No good starting point the island to explore.
There were more cats as tourists in the streets from Protaras/paralimni. There was only one pub open and some supermarkets. Thank god was right on the hotel 'costa cafe ' with free -wi-fi-use!
Breakfast rather good for English. Very one-sided. Bad quslität of products (bread, toast, cakes). Very many flies have the bad food negative highlight.
Evenings there were different compositions from potatoes ( cooked, baked, fried, with sauce every evening!) Very cheap food products are used. Before unusual for a five-star hotel.

The hotel is definitely no five star hotel, rather a three star hotel, because it has its best days already behind itself. Many areas, as well as the rooms are in need of renovation and you can tell, that already for a very long time not more much was invested. The staff are unmotivated, unfriendly and incompetent (language skills, knowledge about the area, excursions etc.). One of the most beautiful beaches the whole Mediterranean. The hotel radiates, nevertheless it already halfway run-down is, a cozy ambiance on the guest.

The centrally situated hotel made a always clean and neat impression on us. At any time of the day were team of cleaners on the way, but not disturbing seemed. Of course, any guest remain hidden, the parts of the equipment already getting old. To our overall impression it had no influence. Very praising is the friendliness and willingness to help the complete staff to mention, although light problem with being understood gave.
