  This exceptionally lovely complex of superior A-class villas is located in Koutouloufari, a quaint and traditional hilltop village on the island of Crete, east of Heraklion. The holiday village is situated approximately 1 km from the town of Hersonissos with its port and gorgeous beaches. Guests will find shops in the immediate vicinity, while the town of Malia is around 5 km away and the capital Heraklion and Heraklion International Airport (“Nikos Kazantzakis”) are both approximately 25 km away.
• Facilities
  The bungalow complex is built in the traditional Aegean architectural style, using natural materials. The air-conditioned finca offers a host of modern amenities, as well as a tranquil and private ambience in a lush garden setting. Facilities available to guests at the 53-room establishment include a lobby, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and a cafe, bar and breakfast room. A maid service is provided and there is an Internet corner with PCs, as well as WLAN Internet access available in the hotel. Guests may also relax in the indoor lounge with satellite TV, and take advantage of the room service. Guests arriving by car may use the hotel's car park. The genuinely hospitable staff will ensure a relaxed ambience and a memorable holiday.

  All villas are built using natural materials with the Greek island style of architecture. They are fully furnished, featuring all modern amenities as well as lush gardens with local flora, a private balcony or terrace with amazing sea views and great privacy for discerning travellers. Each villa features an en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer, a double bed, and a kitchen with fridge and cooker. An in-room safe, ironing set, TV, central heating and individually regulated air conditioning also feature in all accommodation units as standard.
• Sports/Entertainment
  There is a freshwater outdoor swimming pool with children's swimming area, poolside snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. There are a range of other outdoor sports and activities available nearby. The hotel is 5 km from Crete Golf Club. Guests may also enjoy a game of pool/snooker, darts or table tennis at the hotel. Sun loungers and parasols can be hired for a fee on the nearby sandy and rocky beach.

  A breakfast buffet is served (upon request). Snacks and finger food are also available.

• How to get there
  From the Heraklion port or airport take the national road (route 90/E75) eastwards to Hersonissos. Take the exit for Kasteli, and pass through Hersonissos and Piskopianos, following the signs to Koutouloufari (the next village after Piskopianos).
