The frontdesk employees constantly changed and were therefore not well informed about previous questions. These were then also not correctly answered. Particularly unpleasant the breakfast was, I can only a day in the hotel took: the table was full of used dishes (but it was not a other space) the also during the whole breakfast not cleared away. None of the employees three in the breakfast room greeted. Coffee I have even organized.Breakfast was plentiful and good, but very hesitant refilled.Very large room, pretty bath. Big tv. Strong odor to rotten eggs in the bathroom, the course on the whole room spread.
Despite my request the next morning at the front desk the odors to eliminate nothing happened.
Since at that point in time fair was, at the time of the room a night over 300 euros cost... But you can expect more! … read more

Booked smokers room for a night because of a Congress.
the location is completely reasonable, staff extremely friendly and helpful. The whole hotel could new carpets as well as a new Coat of paint-a renovation would be quite appropriate.
the room was for my taste unloving equipped, but still fit the furniture together. TV, minibar, towels and functioning hair dryer were available; the beds extremely comfortable. I had the cleanliness nothing to complain about. The breakfast room has unfortunately Großküchencharme, but the buffet was rich and tasted reasonable.
