Taleni is no classic lodge in the sense. It is a tent camp. 48 tents are spread on the Areal, overall, very clean. Gravierendster negative and reason, why i do not give all of the points can, is the location of the accommodation. It is absolutely recommendable, the body! Either on the way to the tent or through study of the card in the book, in every tent is laid out. The area is a bit confusing and you can get especially in the evenings sometimes quick, if you are not one of the front tent had. This, in my ... opinion to be done. read hotel review

A restaurant in the transferor sense there is not. There were three 'dining area'. Check-in, you got told, which area for a is provided. The food in quantity and quality is absolutely ok. Breakfast and dinner is offered as buffet. The breakfast was intercontinental, with all, what belonged, mirror and scrambled eggs are freshly and individually cooked to order. The dinner is typical of the country (including zebra from the grill) and european (salads and side dishes). At the end of the buffets there was also something for the friends asian cuisine, with pasta, vegetables, meat and co. Simply assemble, what you like, the rest of the kitchen staff.

As already mentioned, is taleni no classic lodge, but rather a tent camp. You staying in tents, on holzgestellen are built. Looks from the outside perhaps somewhat spartan, but offers all the comforts, which one needs. All tents come with air conditioning, the 'bathroom' has a separate area. Sink, shower and toilet are separate separate from each other and from the outside and above only with twigs for privacy or roof protected - more a 'open-air bathroom'. One couldn't be too picky, because it makes the charm of this lodge. There is also a small kitchen with a sink, fridge, water heater and double hotplate. And for self-supports there is also a grill.

We were as a group at a tour for 2 nights with half board there. It is a Eldorado for naturals. The rooms are actually no rooms, but large tents on a pedestal. The shower and toilet are outside and only by curtains from the surrounding area separated. For vacationers with sophisticated zimmeransprüchen it is rather nothing. Rather for romantics with zeltlagerstimmung. But!. The dining area is the very best. One eats in rotondes. But as! Our whole group was completely thrilled. So which had we not expected. On a hot sheet you could various sorts of vegetables, what you ... on the plates me, freshly angaren leave. Because of the heat one could in 2 minuten this pleasurable eradicate. Furthermore, there was from the grill orixsteaks, springbocksteaks, kudusteaks, beef steaks and pork as often as you wanted. Our group has to last day the tour of this food enthused. read hotel review

Etosha village is something special in Namibia. We stayed in the tent. This sounds strange but it is not! The tent stood on a wooden floor, has 220 volt electricity and outlets, even an air conditioning system (heats and cools). The sanitary plants are the tent are grown. Very chic and typical african made. We really enjoyed it. The best however was the breakfast-and evening buffet. Not the Namibia ' was tricky (everything, what the frittüre bear), but fresh salads! The one experienced in nam rarely. We were as wild on peppers and co, that the salads proper 'cleared' have. ... Overall a wonderful experience. Only a few minutes by car (2 kilometer) from andersongate away. We enjoyed the days in the etosha and the nights in the etosha village spent. For us a perfect choice! read hotel review

The accommodation consists of quite a number of tents which are grouped around the communal areas. The tents are well equipped and air-conditioned !! You have to step outside your room to get to the bathroom which adds to the holiday feeling that you are staying in the bush ! All meals are available here. read hotel review

This lodge is a very special place: if you look at the property first regards is one a bit confused. A large tent with hardwood floors and air conditioning, however the bathroom outside and relatively open. How do we as europeans do?!? But after a short familiarisation and the first use of shower and toilet it is only funny and pleasant. Even in the darkness to light we had no 'visitors', except a gecko. There are 2 pools, however quite a few loungers. We had to chairs under a tree to be content. The lodge's location is super, only a ... couple kilometer away from anderson gate. The food in the etosha village is a class for itself: a variety of vegetables- and meats, on the open grill immediately with some spices and sauces prepared. The meat optimal cooked, everything delicious. For breakfast a great selection, even smoked salmon there was! We would have liked to stay longer than one night we could have stayed longer. read hotel review
