Great new tent lodge next to anderson gate. Very good breakfast and great service for individual barbecue in the evening. Pool relaxing in the afternoon and zebras roaming around he tent during the night. … read more

This lodge is a very special place: if you look at the property first regards is one a bit confused. A large tent with hardwood floors and air conditioning, however the bathroom outside and relatively open. How do we as europeans do?!? But after a short familiarisation and the first use of shower and toilet it is only funny and pleasant. Even in the darkness to light we had no 'visitors', except a gecko.
There are 2 pools, however quite a few loungers. We had to chairs under a tree to be content.

Very quaint, to look at great Lodge.
Difficult Zimmerfindung, since the tents after any discernible schema are spread out.
The hotel itself is decorated in the 'tent' and the outside bath rather difficult. Toilet and shower outside you must also like, since there evenings and in the morning quite cold was. When we worked the outlet not, what the matter even more difficult. No hair drying very cool Abendtemperature, no recharge the camera possible. You are simply urig, the shower and the toilet are outside. You can evenings in the starry skies look.
Whose who want to in the tent the air conditioning turn on. It is very clean and nicely furnished, you forget almost a tent. One can from the bed in the far views. Every bungalow is. The way there was a bit of an inconvenience, since we in the dark arrived. We stayed here only 1 night because of a round trip.
The food was very freshly prepared, you can get your meat and it is grilled directly.

Tents with outdoor shower/ toilet and wash area, kitchen and grill, covered seating possibility outside. Entrance to the camp rather poor signposted and lit. Ideal location the etosha NP (4 kilometer to the Anderson gate).
