The building looks friendly and location is great to the feeder-lift, but... : the cleanliness in the house and in the apartments leaves a lot to be desired (we had our dishes first wash, to use it, we removed the spider webs and old zahncremereste from the bathroom and found the interior of camp couch still old dusty toys of any customers before me). The carpet, the almost everywhere misplaced is in the flats, is not hygienic, as pets in all apartments are allowed. The furniture is old and partially broken. The house is not directly in Balderschwang 5 minutes by car or ski directly.
