We stayed over the new year 2011/2012 unexpected and at short notice there. Rarely was the price performance ratio so extreme. Approximately 300,00 euros for a double room with a bathroom without shower curtain, hanging towel rack and leaking pipes (!) smoke detector had not dripping experienced. The boss-overstrained and unfriendly-seems like it is in your role not to feel comfortable... Boss motzig, badly organized. The building made a very battered impression. The best is the location. Room 104 definitely not book, since in front of the window the empty bottles and firewood loudly collected. No sleep until 24:00 o'clock, since außentüre of the kitchen regularly noisy to the castle slams, employees nachdraußen to smoke go. Cleanliness through the open window into the room. Great...! All in all it was as far as very nice, but the staff's hospitality, and the boss are unfortunately anywhere in the mountains we could have stayed longer!
The rooms are more or less fine, but as many have said, for example in the bathroom there was no shower curtain, which for my husband (190 centimeter large) not been easy and there was across the bathroom eingerissene tiles! The cleanliness was perfect, every day on the new cleaned!
For skiing it is perfectly located!
The ' wellness' room was rather a spatial and carelessly decorated!
But whole 4 stars i can unfortunately not explain! … read more

We found the receptionist, who personally showed us to our room, very pleasant and can say the same for the attentive barman and waitresses who all had a very good knowledge of english.
Our rooms were very well cleaned and towels changed on a daily basis.
We had no complaints but checking out can be a bit slow but we consider this a small price to pay for a well run hotel.Dinners were a complete pleasure every evening.
