The breakfast buffet made on us a very carelessly designed impression. We had to also three times after breakfast coffee questions, were always at the other waiters inside out. Can happen, but no good impression. The friendliest were the maids. Overall we the impression, that just all the cordialness is missing. A shame. … read more

Rooms shabby. Used bandaid. From the previous guests. Dirty cloths in the bathroom left behind. Air conditioning made every two minutes unpleasant noises. Despite complaints could not be turned off. The hotel is reasonably priced in the upper class sort. Accordingly would you extraordinary service await. The i unfortunately not notice. I found it rather average. The austrian hospitality is not noticeable, since the staff mostly from neighbouring countries is.There is several restaurants to choose from. Also a toques locally is. We had the rössl-pension (half board) booked. The dinner was also in buffet form and really delicious. There were traditional austrian food arranged.The rooms are the decor is very different. My partner had to the 1. night the whole body rash. After everything check through to has remained the bed linen and towels. After the 2. night it was even worse. The hotel sent us to doctor. This confirmed an allergy, probably bed sheets. This could however without further investigation is not binding. The hotel denied this fact. We are of course immediately left. Only with trouble 'could' we leave. We are into another hotel and the allergy was within 1 day away.

Unfortunately we were, as we had in september booked, not stressed, that it is in the advent season packages for offer there is. On the website they were in september still not to find. On the question, whether one still transfer could, said :' no, but next year, if you come back to, you know, then, that it is. '
