The area is very extensive and totally outside the village. Despite universe inclusive achievements was fridge not filled. There were beverages only at the main pool (overall around 5 to 6 pools ), so that one rather far distances to walk, around itself which to to drink to get. In the remaining was a sign at the bar appropriate, that the beverages only there to eat would be. Otherwise there was on the complex a kiosk with expensive prices.
The bathroom was a single gray, totally fossil and moldy. The bathroom door closed not correctly.

Top quality service from all staff and owners.Always something to eat - good mix of traditional and med food. Wonderful atmosphere and attentive serving / waiting staff. Very, very clean.Spotless and very comfortable. Great amenities. Well decorated.I urge you to ignore the bad reviews. They amount to nothing more than complaints about there being nothing for kids. That's a major plus in my humble opinion - it makes for an extremely relaxing stay. We had a beautiful holiday, although I would give the hotel not a 4 star, for a 3 star hotel I think it ok. The beach chairs were partly old and damaged. outside the pool are also smaller flaws. The rooms are large and very well, as well as the hotel terrace, a good view allows. Staff is very nice, speaks only English. Outside the hotel area, there was nothing, you can Kos town and the beach only by bus or car reach a presumed. We only stayed for four German the rest were Dutch, but no problem. Can only … read more

Although the staff almost didn't speak any German is it very friendly and courteous. Benütztes dishes were cleared immediately, almost too fast. The tables were always adjusted and new ceilings hung up on us. The rooms were cleaned every day. The last three days was a child services at the hotel. joke speaks four languages and was immediately with all kids. Overall the staff was friendly. German is not so well represented as a foreign language. The restaurant (kitchen) I'd say the mark 3,. After a week you're glad again different. But that is in the hotel areas just the way it was. Well-equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, television, telephone. Spaciously laid out resort, clean rooms, daily cleaning. The structural condition for Greek standards is quite reasonable. The guest structure during our stay, 70 % Dutch, 10 % German, 10 % British, 10 % other.
