    We had booked all-inclusive the food was in general very good but rather simply there were drinks from 10 hours until 22 hours

    When we arrived after 12 hour flight and 1.5 hour transfer in merils 2 to 22 h the hotel was closed there was only security officials which no idea when those of the reception we had a toddler with 15 months. The security guard erkundigtetelefonisch in merills 3 and it was said that only the guests at the merils 3 processed then come to merils 2 it took 1.5 hours to the receptionist came then also very angry was. 50 Euro as a deposit and our room got The general service kitchen, room, service, was excellent. The staff was very friendly.

    Our room we had room 705 was ok there was hot water and the pressure of the shower was reasonably. My son has 3 times changed the room you had a toddler either, the water was cold and there was no pressure.

    The hotel area was directly on the white beach of negrill. Is located in the middle of merils 1 and merils 2 in my view is the best site for merill 1 or 3 the distance after negrill is about 2 kilometer which one along the beach to go can. Taxi can be rented from the hotel geordertes taxi to Negril costs 10 Dollar on the road suspended taxi costs half. At the reception there was a free wi-fi worked very well

Actually a nice hotel, very nice outdoor area, but unfortunately the rooms are, at least our it was, have already gotten very old. To the guests, first week, many locals, rest mainly italians and germans. In the 2. week acquisitions the russians the upper hand. What this may mean you don't really need not to describe. read hotel review

    As already described, clean but not purely. Very noisy air conditioning right over the bed, with a lot of air on the walls installed, so that it already rather large cockroaches managed us at night to visit.

    The location is perfect, directly at the beach. We booked our excursions, contrary to the advice of some reviewers over the tour operator or hola tours and were ; Willi;,as tour guides more than satisfied.

    The service was for extremely pleased that, at least as far as the staff is concerned. Nice, no friendliness vorspielenden people, the entire period also without previous tips, us very well served themselves. The room service we have to say,it was cleaned, the bed in the evening beautifully decorated with blossoms and folded towels, but, in the corners you shouldn't look.

    Food, yes, i can't say that i didn't like, on the contrary, however 14 days chicken, once, if at lunch or in the evenings it was always for everyone, is then docn too much. In the evening there was then still a 2. the court thereto. For breakfast, i tried it a week with omelets and one with jam toast it was, although i do not very demanding am, not my cup of tea. Luckily there was actually always good fruit.

Never again, no matter wether merril's i, ii, or ii. From a to z the stay was in this complex a horror. The food was for poor people, unless you eggs, cold pasta and rice, chiken and caprine animals meat - then 'good appetite'. Room convenient, but run-down. Staff not with daily tip to motivate. Only positive was the caribbean sea. read hotel review
