We stayed in a junior suite royal. The rooms are very thin but we had on our trip through Yucatan, before the seaside holiday, most hotels were also very badly soundproofed. This is probably due to the architecture. Those who wish to avoid the Maja suites can book. These are individually standing bungalows. the complex does not in all respects of what the brochure promises. The rooms are urgently in need of renovation. The inventory shows obvious signs of wear -Lampshades were broken, wall mirror falls down and is rusty, door fittings rusty... Cupboard door pinches. Patio door broken. The mexicans have a terribly pleasant and friendly nature. Not only in the hotel, but also in the whole country. Nobody is importunate, everyone was friendly. All wishes are met.
It speaks in the hotel english.
The cleaning of the rooms every day was perfect, the mini bar was always reliable refilled.
Even deep at night were still hallways and toilets cleaned, so long entertainment was offered. Really top!

We were to the 3'. On the complex. We were this time very dissapointed. Unfortunately, before christmas the service very suffered, since many vacationers were there. Lunch in the pool-restaurant Azul, were the tables full of dirty dishes. As no table was free, we have to totally dirty table set. After half an hour was nothing happened. We and many other then the table itself cleared up with the lunch can start. Staff was here but served we were not. So we were not used to from the palladium.The choice is large and there is something for everyone.

The mexicans are a very friendly and very courteous people, they are all very pleasant even if you you don't at the start with tips smothered! We had us with the waiter Luis in the lobby bar very well understood he was always in a good mood and were never in the dry abandon.The complex is from 4 hotels and there are 22 bars, 2 buffet-style restaurant and 8 a la carte restaurants! Helpful, friendly! With a few a few words in spanish, one each for smile;-)Rich selection, varied, super bars with brands alcohol, the included and super cocktails, the taste of the mexican sometimes a bit too sweet can miss. But the best part is, that I have ever in a hotel got.

Mexico is a great destination and, in particular, the peninsula Yucatan is very safe and always worth a trip. For Europeans are akumal and Tulum very nice, while Cancun rather for the Americans is interesting.
