- " One of the top hotels in Cape Town with an excellent location. About ten minutes walk to the waterfront or three minutes with the free hotel shuttle. The cleanliness of the room unsurpassed. The Westin is a very nice hotel, where you really feel very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very big and from all available. The quality of the food was perfect and the staff are also very friendly and accommodating. I would particularly like to highlight in 30 minutes intervals driving shuttle bus of the hotel to the waterfront, where numerous restaurants and shops are to be found. Rapid friendly check in, the luggage was at the same time as we in the room.
The hotel is approximately 25 minutes out from the airport and about 5 minutes with the hotel shuttle to the V & A Waterfront, on foot the waterfront about minutes reachable.
Big breakfast buffet with a great choice included sushi, nice service.
The room with its large glass wall with a view of the V & A Waterfront, mini bar (had leftovers sandwiches from the previous guest in it...) Coffee machine and kettle.
Pool with a sauna, jacuzzi, turkish on the top floor with a wonderful view.

Very good food, good wine, very friendly staff. Price in the proportion to the quality: Terrific. So good and so inexpensive we have in Germany not yet eaten. Same atmosphere and quality of the food and wine costs in Germany loosely the three-way (Ritz Carlton Wolfsburg). Room: very good. Mattresses: as you want it never again get up. We had a room in the booked executive for best possible views (two floors at the top). Us wanted you to upgrade to a grand room but below in the hotel is (for the same price). On executive were what first the management will be questioned and we put off were, in 3 hours the room is available (it had apparently someone the room rooms).Evaluation for the breakfast buffet: very ample selection of misosuppe and shusi, oatmeal, sausage, cheese, various pastries, freshly prepared egg dishes, fruit, juices and so forthThe best for a room this categoryHotel lies in walking distance … read more

From our room on the floor we had a wonderful 17 direct view of the bay and the V&A waterfront. We were given access to the club lounge the Westin. The lounge at Hotel offers alcoholic drinks between five and seven o'clock at, very small snacks, that's's two sofas in the non-smoking area, two in the smoking area. A real lounge, coffee and tea is available until 22:00 o'clock after this time but only on order.
