A family hotel like one it wishes itself.
Maria seems 24 hours at the front desk to be, but if you are late home may also a male member of the family strike, as Maria time for 3-4 hour a break can. Who english speaks is not a problem. If the cleaning lady not for cleanliness, it is in the kitchen to be found and as you gotten in the super condition in the entire hotel is a miracle. The service is good. Maria, the receptionist, seems 24 hours behind its front desk changes and is in any case for questions and problems available. In the evening we check in very nice, and in a problem with the (free ) safe in the room also immediately assistance. At the front desk you can also a rental car operator, the to the hotel and from there picked up again. We would however not recommend, since one in Faliraki equivalent but cheaper deals can get, if you want something the prices compares. Here we would have on only 'negative' in the … read more

The staff are very friendly. Not fake friendly, but genuinely friendly. Hotel hercules is a family run hotel. Maria - the good soul of the hotel - speaks English. It is always for a small chat or a fun and gives a lot of advice for environment and the island. Daily room clean and thorough. Complaints I had no. The first 4 days I had a room to the land side. The hotel boss Maria and the two maid are very friendly. Maria spoke very good English and has have fun because, a few new phrases to learn German. The hotel hercules is ideal for people, no anonymous giant hotel like, but a family-run pleasant run smaller hotel prefer.
With the cleaning of the rooms, towel- and the sheets were changed I was pleased.
The hotel boss Maria helps with questions and also gives convenient rental car with delivery and collection from the hotel.I had overnight stay with breakfast booked.
The breakfast room was clean and (measured at the number of guests) large.
