Some of the staff were friendly but the majority were rude when i asked for a spoon for my daughters ice cream i was simply told no spoons, what a joke! Ended up moving to another hotel on day 5 just couldent take no more.No entertainment for kids, had to queue at pool for drinks.Dirty smelly room full of damp, no tv, coffee machines hardly ever on had to queue for everything!When arriving here i was welcomed by a swarm of cockroaches as soon as i opened the apartment door, when i asked the receptionist for another room her reply … read more

engländerquote felt 99%, we were the only German. Food was on the habits of the English aligned: greasy and everyday the same! Staff completely overburdened! Tables had to even cover! Cleanliness poor. Almost only all inclusive-tourist, the whole day in the hotel spent and partly also already in the morning drunk were. Pool basically ok, unfortunately several loud musikquellen (bar and' animation'). No capacity for relaxation! Recommendation: if there definitely this hotel must be: upper floor as room requirement specify and on food supply do! Three stars are here in any case overrated! We never have a bad service and so a unfriendly staff on vacation found. The food was very carelessly prepared and very one-sided. The terrace by the pool equal rather a dump, the bar because of the much too loud music rather a disco. Our apartment was of 10 days six times not cleaned. Many English the very noisy and tons of lesson cups in the hotel- and pool area around, loungers and tables stuck from 11 o'clock mornings. Many broken loungers and even broken high chair in the restaurant. Breakfast every day right, other meal times changed, we are not too demanding, so always found something that we could eat. This hotel lies in the modern area of Sa Coma, close to the impressive tourist resort of Cala Millor. The long sandy beach is just 60 m away. Guests can enjoy a walk in the nature-protected area of Punta n'Amer, which is not far away. A wide selection of shopping and entertainment venues, as well as links to the public transport network, is to be found directly beside the hotel.
Facilities
Refurbished in 2000, the apartment hotel comprises a total of 112 rooms on 7 floors. Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, lifts and a currency exchange. There is a swimming pool for adults and children on the sun terrace. Further facilities include 2 playgrounds, a bar and a café. Guests are invited to while away the hours at the hotel disco or to be amused by the entertainment team. Dining options include a restaurant. Internet access in the lobby area, laundry services and medical assistance are also provided at the hotel.
