The service is very friendly and hard-working, however, the staff at the front desk almost no english or german, which in case of any problems not helpful.
The rooms were always brilliantly cleaned.The food is good, but not spectacular. The wine is really not very good. The redwine one could reasonably drink.The rooms are huge and comfortable with a large bathroom and flat screen tv (however only RTL and RTL II ☺ ) mini bar is empty. A water kettle, there was with coffee and tea to cook your own.

Very nice in 2012 new built facilities, unfortunately the staff is not for a 5 star hotel trained.
What not understand want, understand it wasn't. Who italian language is, can feel comfortable, we found it too loud (animation only in italian). Drinks by the pool from disgusting plastic cups.
Food is for the first 3 days okay, then it's always the same. We had 5 star plus, as should probably the mini bar with included be, the front desk negated and referred us to view of the sea of the most northern last room the hotel with a view of the sea … read more

Staff is very friendly. English is absolutely necessary, and understood. (italian probably)
Room cleaning good and thorough.
The staff is attentive, to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Exception is the entertainment, the ladies and gentlemen noise and nerves already for breakfast.1 main restaurant and a fischhütte at the beach. The food was always tasty and sufficiently available.
Unfortunately in the restaurant a cafeteria atmosphere to feel.Rooms are large and nice. Closet too small. Bath too small. In the bathroom too few counters.
