The staff were friendly. The complaints in terms of cleanliness were unfortunately only partially done.nullCleaning of the rooms a foreign word! This room must have a longer time not thoroughly cleaned have been, apart from that is such a condition unexplainable. Hair everywhere: in the closet, in the drawers, on the toilet. Assessed dirt in the bathroom... Also the mini bar was in a desolate state, mold and dirt hardly imaginable!4 * what? Cleanliness in the room catastrophic, noise enormous. Hotel is dated with really small rooms, the still relatively cluttered are. Bathroom very outdated. No air conditioning available. For us it was very warm and we had to with the window open sleeping with alignment to the street ( was on a weekend really noisy ). The location of the hotel is ideal for sightseeing very good. We have without breakfast and were within 5 minutes in the pedestrian area with numerous breakfast possibilities. … read more

We had the 'small double room' booked, the is really small and it was really warm in the room, however value for money is very good in comparison to other hotels in Salzburg. The staff were very friendly. Hotel lies close to a bakery, leisure and other shops. One goes about 10 minutes to the center and 15 minutes to the train station, therefore perfect for a short trip. The Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten in Salzburg is quite good. The location is class, everything on foot really wonderful reachable. Unfortunately the rooms are really small. About the taste of the decor is debatable. Breakfast I in Salzburg just much better. But I am spoiled. Altogether is the four seasons so probably just average. … read more
