A room with shared shower (3 persons) for 130 euro during the Eurovision Songcontests is certainly not too expensive. The entry was clear to us, I am sure that 1 star too much. But nevertheless we decided to spend our weekend in Köäln and accepted this hotel. To put it plainly: 130 euro were too expensive. The cleanliness of the floors toilets and showers left a lot to be desired. On the day of check out I wanted to complain, after 20 minutes of waiting at the desk (the 24-hour reception should be), I threw the key in the mailbox gesehe -(so you have to pay at check-in) and went. Finally, I had no time. At night it is very noisy, because some workers book low cost rooms. If you are an important appointment the next day, this could take probably not recovered. A dirty digs at all so could call hotel is an outrage. My friend and I did a double room. When you came in, you get a cloud duftbaumgeruch contrary to first. Staff smokes for the food. The rooms were cleaned every day, but the hand towels on arrival were dirty and the bed sheets filthy with yellow stains. After a complaint we were placed along with another befriended couple in another room, but that was only slightly better. Also here the bed sheets were dirty and slightly torn. After this complaint these were exchanged. We wanted to leave after one night, as the hotel was unacceptable. The only advantage of this hotel is located in the central location. The customer service left a lot to be desired. On the issue of parking has been mentioned only the neighbor hotel with its own underground car park. On prices and other possibilities we got no hostess.
