Had a short night spent in this hotel. Location is a little bit out of town-only a gas station is opposite. For food to go, you need to taxi to to the center to get. We had a deluxe coupon for a weekend about this hotel. Included were 2 time again with breakfast to the room in a suite.
Since we gladly for new year's travel wanted, us the hotel a 'upscale' double room (suites were fully booked) offered, which we then also have agreed.
Although we actually doing in coupon no dinner it would have had, our voucher in a romantic-coupon and that is why we have a delicious new year's eve buffet, as well as a fruit basket with a bottle of sparkling wine to the room get, great!

Beautiful, two-story hotel about 5 kilometers away of heidelberg city center. There is absolutely nothing negative to say. I recommend this hotel unrestrictedly. You can leave your car for 8,00 Euro per day on the parking and drive with public transportation to bismarkplatz in heidelberg city center. From here all sights very easy to reach on foot. At the front desk you can alternatively a tourist for two days purchase. It entitles to use of the public transport, as well as to the entry the heidelberg castle. … read more

The hotel is a catastrophe! In the bath there was no heating and no air ventilation. The floor was totally dirty and above all in the joints was much dirt. The shower was old, didn't drain properly and was really dirty. The seals were totally dirty and moldy.
In the bathroom were on arrival a large spider.
The water has 5€ cost which I absolute insolence find.
At the front desk were apparently only trainees (which actually not a problem is) but it is not at all on the row received. Especially the parking was a absolute problem, since the closet didn't work.

The reception staff were though very friendly and the lady for breakfast also very accommodating, however the breakfast was not until 10:30, like us the man at the reception wrote, but only until 10 o'clock, so that we just 5 minutes for breakfast and then the lady also about 10:20 with clearing committed and 10:30 asked the room to leave. The worst was however the room-service, this already at 8 o'clock with us in the hotel-room and knocked again at 9:30 o'clock and the, although the check out time not was reached in the room!
